The facilities downstairs were very impressive - very clean, modern and elegant. Staff were incredibly helpful and polite. There was a broad range of food and drinks available downstairs. I like that the room had a mini fridge and ironing board.

The games area with pool table downstairs was great. There was often free snacks/little drinks at reception. It was about 10/15 minute walk from the main centre so good location whilst also being away from the hustle & bustle of the city centre. Staff friendly. Room cleaned daily.

Hotel had a good location for what I needed. Breakfast was amazing. Room was small but clean and very comfortable featuring a very quite AC which was a godsend during the hot period of time I was in Brussels.
